What do I need to know before selling? 

Before selling your home, you need a clear understanding of the legal issues and potential pitfalls. Pricing, negotiating and real estate transactions should not be a stressful and difficult experience. As an experienced professional Realtor® and Mortgage Specialist I will take the time to go over every document that comes along with listing and selling a home.

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home.  In today's market it is important to price your home 'for-sold'.  By researching sales in your area, I will provide you with a comprehensive (CMA) Comparative Market Analysis.  This will show you a range of prices being paid for homes mostly closely resemble yours.

 As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) database for maximum exposure.   MLS is a computer-based system that relays valuable information about your home to hundreds of REALTORS® and potential homebuyers giving them immediate access to your property information.  I also utilize Facebook pages, Instagram, am a Chamber of Commerce member, regularly publish in newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

Prospective buyers can access my site and view your property in their jammies if they wish! Your home will be uploaded to our unique automated online marketing system to make information accessible 24 hours a day, and to respond directly to each prospective buyer, to ensure they get information immediately about your home.
